  • Provided end-to-end infrastructure administration for the billing platform, covering networking with Cisco ASA firewalls, NetApp storage, Proxmox virtualization, Python applications, PostgreSQL and Redis databases, and GitLab CI/CD in a SOX-compliant environment.
  • Led the introduction and rollout of Keycloak as the central identity and access management (SSO/IAM) platform, covering user provisioning, authentication, credential lifecycle management, and integration with multiple external company directories.
